Finding a place to rent

Once you have identified the properties you may be interested in renting, contact Wood & Co First National to supply you with a Tenant’s Registration Form (one form per adult). A completed, approved Registration form will fast track you towards moving you into your new home.

Just as the property owner and the agent have many laws and guidelines to adhere to, the tenants of rented properties also have certain responsibilities and rights.  The friendly team at Wood & Co First National will be happy to explain these or you can look them up on consumer.vic.gov.au (see our LINKS page).
